Meet Richard Marlin, our National Key Accounts, and Regional Manager for the greater San Diego area.

Richard comes to us with over 25 years of NPD and NPI experience, over a wide range of markets and industries. His personal experience in product development and product introduction has proven invaluable to customers of all sizes and scale – from start-up to multi-national manufacturers. Richard offers expertise in product development, account management, business development and takes great pride in providing an exceptional level of customer service to his customers.

After producing products for Richard’s companies for more than 20 years, Richard comes full circle to Hi-Tech as a proven NPD / NPI specialist with a bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences. He is a proven leader; creative problem solver and collaborator, and we are sure he would be an asset to any project.
