3M™ VHB™ Tape LVO-040BF is engineered to deliver durable, high-strength adhesion across a wide range of substrates, including challenging low-surface energy materials such as polypropylene and polystyrene, along with medium and high surface energy surfaces. Developed to provide low odor performance in accordance with VDA 270 and low VOC and fog emissions based on VDA 278, the tape has been extensively tested using third-party methods to support demanding industry requirements, including those found in automotive applications. Through the use of advanced adhesive technology and carefully selected materials, 3M™ VHB™ Tape LVO-040BF is designed to help minimize Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emissions while maintaining strong adhesion, dependable bond strength, and long-term reliability.
